Surprise! Our website just got a different look. We thought it was time for a new lick of paint. Though we didn't just leave it at that, as we've given the content a full update too. We'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new website – and ensure you'll get off to a great start!
You're used to using your registration number when you log in with us. Well, good news – we won't make you search for that anymore! As of now, you can log in using your e-mail address. You're far less likely to forget it, so it should make the process a lot easier. And we also find it's more personal. You're more than numbers to us, after all!
The first time you log into the website, we'll ask you to register your new login information. It'll be quick. You only have to enter your email address and think of a suitable password. We'll then send you a confirmation email to make sure that we've got the right address. You only have to click the link we send you, and you'll be ready to go.
We've exchanged the long distance bonus for a new system based on your travel time to Eindhoven. We feel that the time it actually takes you to get here is a more useful statistic than the distance on the map. We'll calculate your travel time bonus automatically, based on your address, and you'll be given 0, 6 or 12 months of travel time bonus accordingly. This doesn't require any action on your part.
If you currently live far away, you might get some extra subscription time for free. We call this a travel time bonus. Via Google Maps, we calculate how long it takes you to travel to Eindhoven station from your current address, on Monday at 08.00h by public transport.
You can already join us from the age of 15. That is useful, because you'll already start accruing registration time ahead of need. We will require some basic information from you when you register, but no more than the bare essentials – we'll only ask for information about your study programme etc. once you start responding to offers.
You can do so online and at the click of a button: the new form is much easier to navigate than its predecessor. Simply tell us what's wrong and give us an indication of when we can come fix it. That is all. If you've got more than one issue to report, you can now use one and the same form.
