Our office is only open to visits by appointment
So you can't just walk in uninvited. However, many things can be easily arranged on our website.
We are scheduling repairs again
During the worst of the coronavirus epidemic, we could only carry out emergency repairs. But the situation has now improved such that we can now also schedule other types of repairs as well: both emergency and non-urgent repairs. We will do our best to help you as soon as we can.
The backlog in repairs has meant that we are now busy playing catch-up. This may mean you have to wait a little bit longer for your repair to be carried out.
We will take every possible measure to ensure everyone’s safety when visiting your home
Protecting your health and the health of our colleagues and others is our priority. Do we have to visit your home? Then we will do so in the following, safe way:
- Employees with colds, flu, fever, etc., must stay at home;
- Do you (or your housemates) have any symptoms or are you in home quarantine? Then please report this to us. We will then make a new appointment with you;
- We will disinfect our hands before any visit;
- We do not shake hands;
- We will maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres.
