Great news: Haven has been nominated for a European Responsible Housing Award 2025!
That's an award for housing projects in Europe that go beyond just providing a roof over your head. And of course we are very proud of that! The nomination belongs to the category: “Building strategic alliances, fostering community participation” . In other words: smart partnerships and actively involving residents in their living space. Exactly what we are trying to do at Haven together with students and partners.
What is Haven?
Located in the middle of the TU/e campus, Haven offers 735 student homes. But it’s more than just a residential building – it’s a place where you can easily meet other students, organise things yourself and, hopefully, soon feel at home.

The nomination is also a compliment for the cooperation with Heijmans, Eindhoven University of Technology, VenhoevenCS and cocosmos and especially with the residents who bring Haven to life every day. On June 5, we will hear in Dublin whether we win the award. To be continued!
