Apartments

In an apartment you can only live with someone else. Please take not that at least one of you has to be a fulltime student at the TU/e campus. In an apartment you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Between the living area and sleeping area is a wall that partially closes off the sleeping area. There are a total of 84 apartments.

Rental price apartment

The rental prices for an apartment go from €639,85 to €649,92. The service charges go up to a maximum €227,60.

Please note that this excludes the monthly fee for furnishing. This is €59,09 per month for the apartments.

Please take into account that as an international student, it is only possible to rent a furnished room, studio or apartment. As a Dutch student, it is only possible to rent an unfurnished room, studio or apartment.

Apartments in Castor

- In tower Castor there are 54 apartments of about 36 m2.

- The apartment consists of a private kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The sleeping area is partially enclosed by a wall

- The apartments are delivered for international students furnished (bed, closet, desk and chair)

Apartments in Pollux

- In tower Pollux there are 30 apartments of about 36 m2

- The apartment consists of a private kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The sleeping area is partly enclosed by a wall

- The apartments are furnished for international students (bed, closet, desk and chair)
