The rental prices for a room in a shared accommodation go from €270,84 to €299,89. The service charges are up to a maximum of €193,94.
Please note that this excludes the monthly fee for furnishing. This is €32,95 per month for a room in a group home.
Take into account that as an international student, it is only possible to rent a furnished room, studio or apartment. As a Dutch student, it is only possible to rent an unfurnished room, studio or apartment.

- In Pollux, the rooms have different sizes: 14 m2 (28 homes), 16 m2 (112 homes) and 17 m2 (28 homes)
- In total, there are 7 group homes with 8 rooms. This comes out to 56 student rooms
- The rooms vary in surface area: between 14 and 17 m2
- Common room with kitchen, shared toilet and bathroom (toilet and shower)
- Student rooms are furnished for international students (bed, wardrobe, desk and chair)
- Group homes for 8 people can be found in low-rise Terra, rooms are on the ground or first floor. On the ground floor is the common room. There is a bathroom on both floors.
