With the click of a button in Outlook, everyone at Woonbedrijf and Vestide can securely exchange confidential information with tenants, prospective tenants, collaboration partners, applicants and others. Messages containing sensitive information, such as BSNs and personal data, are encrypted. Only the sender and recipient of the email can access the information. This prevents sensitive information from falling into the wrong hands.
