Losing a key or having duplicates cut

LOST KEY

Have you locked yourself out during our office hours? Call us first because in some cases we have a spare key in stock. If we agree, you can pick up the key at our office. We would like to receive the key back before 4.30 pm. Otherwise, you will be charged. Take your proof of identity with you, because of course we don't just give you the key. The cost of the key is at the bottom of this page.

If you come home after a nice evening without a key, you can call us 24/7 on +31(0)40-297 93 80. We will arrange for a locksmith to come and replace your lock. You also pay the costs for this yourself.

HAVING NEW OR DUPLICATE KEYS CUT

This is possible, but but keep in mind the following condition.

Maximum number of keys

It is not possible to obtain an additional key beyond the maximum number of keys possible per accommodation.

• For a 1-person accommodation you may own a maximum of 2 keys to the door of the accommodation.

• For a 2-person accommodation you may own a maximum of 3 keys to the door of the accommodation.

How to arrange a new key

• Call us first to see if we have the key in stock. If so, you can pick up the key (for a fee) in the Woonwinkel. Please bring your ID with you!

• Don't have a key in stock? Then we have to order it. You will automatically receive an e-mail when it is ready for you in the Woonwinkel.

• You can request a blue tag via Mastermate. If we create a new tag, it is possible to overwrite any existing tags.

Mastermate will cut a new key or tag and will make sure it is send to you directly.It is also possible to call them or visit their office. Always make sure you bring any (spare) keys of tags and proof of identification.

•   Non-certified keys: €29

• Certified keys: €29

• Tag (drop shaped): €29

• Having a locksmith replace the lock on your door: between €95 and €169, depending on the activities;

MOBILE ACCESS APP

If you live at Lombokpad, Hemelrijken/Pastoor Petersstraat or Haven (Blauwe Loper) you have the opportunity to  open and close your room with a electronical key on your mobile phone. For this, the following costs are valid:

• New mobile number? In that case, you need a new licence for the electronical key: for free.

• New mobile number within 2 weeks of starting date contract: for free

• Locked out with electronical key: always €127,50 despite in- or outside office hours and week or weekend.

HAVING TROUBLE ORDERING KEYS OR TAGS ONLINE?
