WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR RENT?
You always pay your rent before the first day of the month. So you pay your rent for July before July 1st.
MAKING PAYMENTS YOUR WAY
That can be done in different ways:
CHOOSING ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD
You can easily and quickly choose or change your payment method online when you log in to My Vestide. Here you can also pay via iDEAL and view your invoices.
DIRECT DEBIT
If you opt for direct debit, you give us permission once, after which you don't have to do anything yourself. We collect the rent every month and we automatically process changes in your rent.
ACCEPTEMAIL (DIGITAL BILLING)
Another easy option is AcceptEmail. This is a digital billing service that will send you an email when a payment is due. You can proceed to your online banking environment with a single click, and find all payment details already filled out – the only thing left to do is accept. CARD PAYMENT IN OUR WOONWINKEL
Our Woonwinkel located at Wal 2 in Eindhoven is open on weekdays between 9.00 am and 12.00 pm. You are welcome to stop by. You cannot, however, pay in cash.
SEND THE RENT YOURSELF
Our account number is NL90 INGB 0003 4084 35. Make sure to mention your client number and contract number in the description (for instance: K1234567-C123456).. Can't remember what that is? This is at the top of your tenancy agreement. Keep in mind that you need to adjust your monthly amount if your rent changes.
PAY IN CASH
You can also make a cash payment at a GWK Travelex branch. The closest is at Eindhoven Central Station. You do have to pay extra for this. Mention your customer number and contract number (for example K1234567-C123456) in the description. Can't remember what that is? This is at the top of your tenancy agreement.
PAY VIA iDEAL
You can immediately pay online via iDEAL when you log in to My Vestide.
